Had a treatment and want to complain?

If you have had a recent cosmetic treatment by a member of the Association of Cosmetic Practitioners of Britain (ACPB) and are not happy with the level of care you have received then you have the right to complain.

We, the Association of Cosmetic Practitioners of Britain (ACPB), have set-up a special procedure if you have a complaint that has not been resolved or you have been unable to address the practitioner directly, then please complete the form and we will be in contact. Please note, we aim to respond to all complaints and queries within 1-2 working days time.

Please provide us with as much information as possible, including pictures of the treatment before and after, so we are able to address your complaint with the appropriate response.
